"This agent is very unprofessional. He has scheduled appointments with me and failed the appointments multiple times without calling to cancel or reschedule. I complained a few times , and he apologized and continued the behavior. When I complained again, he ignored my emails. Also, the office staff are unknowledgeable, I was misquoted by them regarding my auto insurance. I’m with a new agent now and having a better experience."
